Membership Fees

When joining the Credit Ombudsman Service there is a one-off application fee of $165.

In addition, there is an Annual Membership Fee, which is calculated according to the size and nature of your business. Both fees must be paid on application to the Credit Ombudsman Service.

Service Fees

Members are charged Service Fees for each complaint dealt with by the Credit Ombdusman Serivce. The Service Fees will be billed progressively at the end of each stage.

Service Fees are billed according to the Fee Structure in place at the time the complaint was lodged with COSL.

* Eligible Members are those members who are financial and not in arrears of Service Fees previously invoiced.
